Our History and my vision
Hello, and welcome.
My name is Dmitry Bakhvalov, founder of Los Jurados UK.
My professional journey began with a deep appreciation for languages and the precision required to work with official documentation. After graduating from Minsk State Linguistic University with a degree in Spanish and later completing my studies in Production Management at the Belarusian National Technical University, I earned my Executive MBA from Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw - a milestone that shaped my approach to building world-class service companies.
I entered the translation industry in 2008, inspired by the idea that certified translations could - and should - be delivered with the same level of reliability and refinement expected in premium professional services. What began as a personal exploration soon grew into a long-term mission.
Since 2011, I have led ATCG Tolkebüroo OÜ, developing a network of specialised translation companies across Europe and Asia. Today this network includes:
- Los Jurados Barcelona - recognised as one of Spain’s leading providers of sworn translations, with a strong reputation built over many years;
- FLC Hong Kong (First Linguistic Company Limited) - serving clients throughout Asia and supporting complex international document processes;
- Los Jurados UK - created to deliver certified translations that fully meet UK regulatory standards, including Home Office, UKVI, courts, universities, and financial institutions.
Together, these brands form a unified, high-level ecosystem built exclusively around official, certified, and sworn translations. This focus allows us to maintain exceptional precision, consistency, and service quality across all jurisdictions.

For more than 15 years, I have personally overseen the architecture of our translation workflows.
